Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on IVFMedicine.in are processed, shipped and delivered by GITA Discounted Pharma.

1. Service Coverage

We currently ship to most pin codes across India, depending on courier availability and serviceability. Delivery availability may be updated from time to time based on logistics network.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders received with valid payment and (where required) valid prescription documents are usually processed within:

  • 1–2 working days for in-stock products
  • Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed next working day

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 working days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / rural regions: May take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, disruptions, strikes, courier delay or regulatory validations.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Offers like free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link/ID may be shared via email/WhatsApp to track delivery status through courier partner’s portal.

7. Delivery Issues

  • The package is physically damaged at delivery
  • Items are missing or different from the invoice
  • A delivery is marked “delivered” but not received

Proof such as images/video may be required for further action with logistics partner.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to unreachable contact/address issues, the order may be returned to origin. Reshipping may require additional cost.
